The Pranimal Foundation is deeply grateful for your generous contributions that support our mission to promote animal welfare. We are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in handling donations. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which donation cancellations and refunds may be processed.

1. Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable
All donations made to the Sharadashwini Animal Welfare Program are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, the funds are utilized to support our programs and initiatives, and therefore, refunds are typically not possible.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
A refund request may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

Duplicate Transactions: If a donor inadvertently makes a duplicate donation.
Error in Donation Amount: If an error occurred during the donation process resulting in an incorrect amount being charged.
Technical Issues: If a technical error on our Website caused an unauthorized payment.
Refund requests are subject to review and approval by the Pranimal Foundation.

3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

Full name of the donor.
Donation amount and date.
Transaction ID or receipt number.
Reason for the refund request.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the request.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the donation.
4. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
Donors who have opted for recurring donations may cancel their future contributions by contacting us or managing their subscription settings online (if applicable). To ensure cancellation before the next billing cycle, please notify us at least 5 working days in advance.
